In 2009, following extensive and detailed research and analysis, Sunbelt opened it’s international container shipping division.

Our strategic partnerships with several international steamship lines allows us to offer our clients a one stop shop for international freight shipments between the Far East and North America.

Our international container service providers offer both refrigerated and dry container equipment with sizes varying from 20’ to 40’ for refrigerated cargo and 20’ to 50’ for dry cargo.

Sunbelt work’s with its clients to develop customized logistics plans to transport products internationally via container, balancing our customers goals of time sensitivity and cost containment. We can achieve our clients unique objectives by varying our transportation inputs of Sea, Rail and Truck.

3rd Party Cargo Insurance

Sunbelt offer its clients the opportunity to acquire 3rd party cargo insurance for their goods. We work on our clients behalf to negotiate the terms of insurance which can be acquired on a container by container basis, or can be customized to include a client’s global annual shipping requirements; across multiple commodities origins and destinations.

Customs Clearance

As part of our full service offering, Sunbelt’s clients can have their products customs cleared by our partners in customs clearance. We work with our customer broker partners to ensure your goods are cleared quickly and cost effectively.
